Back in 2012, some rowers from Humboldt State University asked to CouchSurf with Rachel and I and we were happy to oblige. They were in town for the NCAA Rowing Championships, so I decided to head over and photograph. Two of their boats ended up winning national championships and my photos ended up on the school website.
